As a Software Developer, your role will be to architect, design, develop, test and maintain the technical applications of in-house products or solutions.
What you will get to do:
Typically, the developers are required to work closely with the Product Managers/ Account Managers.
• Understand and translate the business brief, and the information available for development.
• Developing a fully fabricated end to end solutions for data management or reporting purposes
• Bringing in next gen thinking on the tech/ product engineering best practices
• Work with the Product Manager to identify most suitable techniques to solve the business requirements
• Working with the statistical team to automate and productionize models
• Ad Hoc requirements would need to be fulfilled from time to time
What you will need to make an impact:
• C.S/ I.T Grad/Post Grad from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• Hands-on Development Experience in Python and PySpark.
• Experience working with cloud environment –Azure
• Product Development background would be an advantage
• Extensive Experience in Hadoop, Hive and Spark.
• Clear understanding of Hadoop DFS & Map Reduce Internal Operations
• Clear understanding of Internal execution mechanism of Spark
• Experience in Data Model Designing
• Experience with cluster Administration and automation
• Experience with shell scripting, API’s and orchestration
